Connect, Reflect and Grow

At McPhee Consulting, we design and deliver engaging workshops and facilitation that support workplace and community mental health, culture, and wellbeing for people facing the challenges of working with people. We tailor every project to your context, building skills, resilience, and connection that last beyond the session.

About us

McPhee Consulting works with organisations to support people facing the challenges of working with people. We provide specialist support and facilitation so teams and leaders can sustain their work and have the conversations that matter, without losing sight of their own wellbeing.

We design and deliver engaging workshops, facilitation, and reflective practice that support workplace and community mental health, culture, and sustainable performance. Our work is scoped to your context, constraints, and goals, with a clear plan for how learning will translate into day-to-day practice.

What we do

  • Design and deliver engaging workshops and facilitation on mental health, suicide prevention, communication, psychologically safe leadership, and practice-specific topics tailored to your context.

  • Provide coaching, supervision and reflective practice to help individuals, teams, and leaders process their work and sustain their capacity.

  • Facilitate complex or sensitive conversations in a structured and contained way.

Who we work with

  • Community and human services organisations.

  • Health, education, and government services.

  • Corporate and not‑for‑profit teams in people‑facing or risk‑holding roles.

We are a good fit for organisations that need nuanced, evidence-informed support for people facing the challenges of working with people — whether that’s clients, colleagues, staff, or community members.
