Reflectivus is a companion initiative of McPhee Consulting, created to make reflective practice, connection and learning more accessible for people working in helping professions.
Through McPhee Consulting engagements, we are able to invest time and resources into creating opportunities for helpers to connect, reflect and grow through Reflectivus. This helps make reflective practice and professional support more accessible for people who may not otherwise have access through their workplace or professional development budget.
